As you can see from the diagram all modules are fully integrated so information only needs to be entered once and you only need to pay for the modules you actually use. Licensing is per concurrent user rather than named users so again you only need to pay for as many licences as your capacity requires at any one time.

Configuration
Forturo is a highly configurable product which allows you to set the system up for the way you work. Many of these are user-specific (way a date displays): others are system-wide (such as the base currency of the system).
User security
The system includes a comprehensive user-based security suite which allows you to configure which modules a user has access to and which functionality within each module. In some cases certain sensitive fields are also securitized. The system allows you to create an unlimited number of users.
Custom fields
Forturo allows users to configure the system closely to your own requirements so that only functionality you use is seen. You can also create your own custom fields and reports and obtain a large degree of your own control over how your system works and the information stored within it.
